At your initial or New Patient appointment, you will see one of our highly experienced Hygienists who will take a series of x-rays, clean your teeth and review home care instructions. A comprehensive examination will be performed by one of our professionals at which time your diagnosis and treatment options along with your financial obligations will be explained. Comprehensive examinations are the best way to prevent more serious dental health problems.

Dental Emergency Appointment:

In the case of a dental emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day. At that time you will see the doctor for a clinical evaluation. Most often x-rays may be required to properly diagnosis.

A Professional Consultation:

A Professional Consultation appointment consists of you and the doctor discussing a specific problem or concern you may have. X-rays, cleaning or comprehensive examination are not performed at this appointment. Occasionally, treatment can be performed the same day as the consultation however, a second appointment maybe required.

Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your New Patient appointment:

  • A list of your current medications
  • Please alert the office if you have a medical condition
  • If you have dental insurance, bring your insurance Identification Card and any necessary insurance forms completed. This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims
  • If you have had x-rays taken (within 6 months) please bring them with you to your appointment. You may need to request them from your former dentist and asked that they forward them to our office. If there is not enough time, please pick them up and bring them to our office. If additional x-ray films are necessary, they can be taken at our facility

IMPORTANT: A parent or guardian must accompany patients under the age of eighteen (18) for all appointments scheduled at our office.
